BLOGGED: Get the Look - Mixed Fruits (MSD) It’s scorching over here in the Philippines, and it would be crazy to wear something like this around here. Luckily, our dolls don’t have pores, so they can get away with this kind of outfit. Maybe it’s just me, but even though the coordinate has lots of layers, it looks refreshing because of the cool colors. The palette reminds me of a nice bowl of fresh fruits – perfect for the summer! What do you think? XD

Recently, I’ve been blabbering to my friends about Blair’s style evolution. I’ve begun to take a liking in dressing her in more casual clothes. They’re still quite mori actually, because of the vintage and flower motifs in most of her apparel, but I think she won’t be dressing strictly in mori kei from now on. ^u^

I was getting bored of Blair’s usual cutesy mori girl look, so I raided her box of clothes and put together this ensemble. Didn’t think hobo-hipster chic would suit her lol! I love it on her now, despite how different she looks form her usual self. ^^

And now I want to get her more pants/leggings. :\

Blair has been needing new shoes and Miette, new clothes. Christmas is just around the corner, so the timing of this G.O. couldn’t be better. :D

One of the shops I bought from when I went to Hong Kong for Dollism Plus 7 was iDollZoo. They have the cutest tiny shoes I’ve ever seen! I’m so glad I managed to get a pair from them. I would have bought more, but I placed myself on a semi-tight budget that time, haha!

The second day of Dollism was pretty much the same as the first. Most of the booths and displays from Day 1 were still present on Day 2, but there were several new ones that replaced the shops that were gone.

Fortunately, I had more time to actually shop this time around since I already took photos of most of the booths and displays present in the con. I finally managed to find new pretty things for Blair that day! I was so worried she’d end up not getting anything new because there weren’t a lot of things for sale that fit Minifees.

So here it is: my Dollism Plus 7 Day 1 post! To say that the event was overwhelming is an understatement. I never thought I’d get to see this many BJDs and owners in one place! It’s an experience I won’t forget. ♥

There were a lot of BJD clothes and accessories shops in attendance, the biggest of which were Crobidoll,Lati Doll, Switch, Peak’s Woods, Dollheart, Leeke World, Blue Fairy, and Nine9Style. Other notable brands were Spirit Doll, Angell-Studio, Coco Tribe, Popodoll, Ringdoll, DikaDoll, Dollfie World, Dollzone, Doll Leaves, and Ruby Red Galleria.
